Here below, you will find the list of all the business enterprises with their full names, company registration number and the address of their head offices, for which Absolut Reorg Inc. has been assigned as a liquidator, temporary asset manager or asset manager, as well as the date of the beginning and termination of the assignment.
Please note that in case the property of debtor are not sufficient to cover the costs of the liquidation or the procedure is not transactable according to the general rules due to the absence of records or accounting, the liquidator shall submit a simplified liquidation application to the court, in accordance with § 63/B of the Act on Bankruptcy.
