Property claims settlement
Our company, as a registered member of the Register of Liquidators, can be assigned, by means of drawing lots by any law court in Hungary, to be the settler of property claims to any company or enterprise, where it turns out after the liquidation procedure that property is left behind. In that case, the property, after the deduction of the procedure fee, shall be discharged to the original owners of the company.
