Liquidation procedure
Our company, as a registered member of the Register of Liquidators, can be assigned, by means of drawing lots by any law court in Hungary, to any company or enterprise under liquidation procedure in order to duly terminate the business activities of any such company.
The Respected Creditors of the companies under liquidation are advised to note that in case the property of debtor are not sufficient to cover the costs of the liquidation or the procedure is not transactable according to the general rules due to the absence of records or accounting, the liquidator submits a simplified liquidation application to the court.
In case any of the Creditors are in possession of any credible information about the property of the companies concerned, wherever that property is to be found, or you can provide any other assistance in the facilitation of the procedure in accordance with the related regulations, please inform us about it in 15 days.
